Wooden acoustic panels

Insametal manufactures, supplies and installs this type of wood composite shielding. The wooden noise barriers They provide the perfect balance between aesthetics, acoustic insulation and respect for the environment.

The model that Insametal has is called INSA Kasttor.

Wooden screens play an aesthetic and acoustic insulation role. Due to their material, they adapt to the environment providing the desired acoustic soundproofing.

The wooden slats it is made of fit into the steel profiles and are supported by wooden struts that allow the desired adjustments. The soundproofing function is achieved by incorporating rock wool between the panels to cushion the impact of noise.

The steel quality It is S275JR or similar according to UNE 10025 standard. The posts are usually HEA-HEB profiles arranged vertically between which the wooden panels are fitted and fixed mechanically.

The wood is pretreated by chemical treatment of autoclave C3/C4 so that it can withstand the passage of time without deterioration. This treatment protects against insects, fungi, solar radiation, weather effects in addition to its healing effect.
