Insametal is present in the Mayan Train 🚆

As a company committed to innovation, sustainability, and quality, we have had the opportunity to contribute our expertise in high-performance acoustic solutions to this project of enormous social, cultural, and environmental significance.

🌿 The Mayan Train It runs for more than 1,500 kilometers across southeastern Mexico, connecting five states: Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatán, and Quintana Roo. More than a means of transportation, it is an integrating hub that promotes regional development, fosters responsible tourism, and highlights Mexico's historical and natural heritage.

🚆 This megaproject not only connects communities and improves mobility in the region; it is also a declaration of principles in favor of modern infrastructure that respects the environment. A project that harmonizes cutting-edge technology with the cultural and ecological roots of a territory rich in biodiversity and archaeological heritage.

🔇 Our contribution: acoustic panels designed to protect and preserve.
Manufactured in Spain under rigorous European quality standards, our acoustic panels are designed to effectively mitigate the noise impact of railways. This is especially relevant in urban areas, sensitive natural zones, and archaeological sites, where noise control is not only a technical issue, but also a matter of respect for the environment and the people who live there.

🛤️ Each of these panels has traveled thousands of kilometers to become harmoniously integrated into an infrastructure committed to sustainability. Their installation contributes significantly to reducing the train's noise footprint, ensuring a more environmentally friendly and community-friendly experience.

💡 A fact you may not have known: The route of the Mayan Train crosses more than 40 archaeological sites, and its design includes the use of hybrid and electric trains, reaffirming its commitment to a cleaner, more efficient, and conscious transportation model.

🔧 Being part of this challenge represents much more than a technical achievement for us. It's confirmation that well-done work, responsible engineering, and a long-term vision can coexist in large-scale projects.

We're proud to contribute our technology to building a quieter, more respectful, and more connected future.
We pride ourselves on doing things right.
