To deal with the noise coming from the CL-510 that affects the Atyka urbanization in Santa Marta de Tormes, INSAMETAL S.A. has proceeded to the installation of a concrete acoustic screen, 1225 m2. This is a work proposed by the Junta de Castilla y Léon.

Insametal S.A. awarded the works contract promoted by the City Council of Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid) for the installation of acoustic screens of methacrylate to mitigate the noise produced to the houses that are close to the Avda. del Sol.

With the award of this work would be the fourth time we work in Torrejón de Ardoz for the installation of acoustic screens, not only methacrylate but also metal.

These are acoustic barriers formed by methacrylate panels fitted on metal profiles, these screens comply with current regulations and with the technical characteristics necessary for its proper function.

We started the installation of 3 fixed fire watchtowers in the province of Cuenca, specifically distributed in Alarcón, Puerto de la Tórdiga and Hosquillo, these watchtowers will allow a more effective and safer control of the conditions that may occur in the environment.

Insametal takes part in the construction’s execution project of the section: Lemoa – Galdakao of the L.A.V. Vitoria – Bilbao – San Sebastian, installing metal acoustic screens, railings for railroad viaduct and handrails for tunnels.

This is a railway project that aims to connect the three Basque capitals of Bilbao, San Sebastian and Vitoria through a high-performance track, connecting them with each other through a “Y” route, in an average journey time of 35 minutes, and with the French border, giving continuity to the Venta de Baños-Burgos-Vitoria high-speed line and therefore with Madrid.

Installation of acoustic and anti-bird screen in the A-21 highway, specifically in the section Santa Cilia – Puente de la Reina de Jaca, in the province of Huesca. This acoustic screen is also an anti-bird screen and of metallic composition as methacrylate.

On its way through Sarria, in Vitoria, INSAMETAL S.A. carries out the installation of a wooden acoustic screen on the N-622.

After the awarding of the project “Construction project of acoustic screens on the N-622 road through Sarria (P.K. 19+611 to P.K. 19+951) of the Vitoria-Bilbao road”, we started with the installation of the wooden acoustic barrier, panels that are the best option to find a perfect balance between aesthetics, acoustic insulation and respect for the environment.

For our clients FCC we concluded the supply and assembly of an acrylic acoustic screen, comprising a concrete plinth and acrylic panel, this screen is on the A – 23 highway. Section: Congosto de Isuela – Arguis in Huesca.

We finished the works in the LAV MADRID – EXTREMADURA. Section: PLASENCIA STATION – ARROYO DE LA CHARCA, supplying and assembling a metallic acoustic screen and a wooden screen for the passage of fauna.

For our customer Obras Generales del Norte S.A. (OGENSA) are carrying out the foundation works, supply and assembly of a concrete and metallic acoustic screen.

It is an acoustic barrier installed in the section from Leorio to Gijón in the AS-I highway.

Completion of the work for the Consell de Mallorca on the MA-13 Palma – Inca motorway, installing a metallic acoustic screen.

Currently carrying out the enclosure of the Tarongers campus at the University of Valencia, a total of 2,400 linear meters made up of fencing and automatic gates for our Rover Infraestructuras clients.
